A few years ago, Asiv took advantage of the subprime crisis which hit the USA and purchased residential buildings in Miami-beach, Florida. Asiv presently owns an office building in Tozeret Ha'aretz Street in Tel Aviv, and a year ago the 'M Haderech' compound was purchased, which underwent restoration and the take in of new tenants (repopulation).
